When I am connected using WARP, I can unblock websites. How does that work considering WARP is not meant to unblock geo-locked content?

This is my understanding, please let me know if I am wrong: when I connect to WARP my ISP cannot see what am I doing except that I have connected to Cloudflare. But websites I visit can see my approximate location and my ISP will be shown as Cloudflare. But I cannot be tracked using that IP.

Apparently, this unblocks geo-locked websites. How does that work and why?

The IP addresses that Cloudflare uses to send your traffic onto the destination have geolocation information that matches your physical locations. They recently wrote a blog about it.

Did not understand much from the blog but alright. It unblocks websites for me, I will just ignore the details.
