VPN problem with Android

Hi all,

I have a Nexus 5 with Lollipop 5.0 installed. The thing is, with the VPN on, the browser doesn’t work. I am using SurfEasy VPN. The other apps including Chrome work properly with the VPN on and this is the only app that has a problem. I tried re-installing the app but still the problem occurs. The error message that I get is “Server not found”

Any help will be really appreciated. thanks

This is a known problem. We’re looking for steps to reproduce, can you provide them in your bug? E.g, the type of VPN as you mentioned above, your device, version of Firefox used etc.

Go to about:config set “network.proxy.socks_remote_dns” to true. But everytime you enable the VPN you need to restart Firefox.

Try deleting cache or all data of Firefox or try reinstalling Firefox and Surfeasy. They work for me on CyanogenMod (Android 4.4.4).
