Probably most people here know about this, but is always good to let people know. You can block Twitch ads by using a VPN connected in Poland. It may sound pricey, but there are pretty good VPN providers out there that are very cheap. I use Mullvad for example. It’s 5$ a month and you can also buy it yearly. It works really well. I’m sure there are a lot of options out there tho, so look for the one you like.
the usual adblock solutions aren’t working again, I hate having to run VPN because the occasional slow down randomly, but good to know poland is one of the locations that don’t serve ads
On Android there’s Purple TV. This works on Android TV too.
and if you’re using a VPN, it takes over your entire networking connection, so if you’re VPN’ing twitch in your browser, you’re also VPN’ing whatever game you’re playing, which usually means lag/latency if it’s overseas VPN
Does it work on firestick?

I use a custom windscribe that I modified to only tunnel twitch and youtube traffic exclusively, but yeah I get what you are saying, I had to deal with that for a while 
My VPN is surfshark and they have a chrome-exclusive extension that controls only the browser, and not the PC.
I’m currently watching twitch/youtube through an Albania server, but playing HellDivers 2 on NA servers.

you have to manually mod it, I tried to compile and upload one to firefox extension repo but was denied.
hi, I’m really interested in being able to mod this. but I cant for the life of me manage to actually do it. I have no experience with js or any coding really. would it be possible for you to upload your “vendors.chunk.js” and I could just replace your one with the changes with the one I currently have? I don’t know if that’s even possible but, thought it would be worth it to ask 
yes but u would have to run firefox dev which disables addon checks.
realistic you want to mod it urself then upload to firefox to get an verified version to install
