So I have been living in iran for a while now, i have some questions:

VPN: Please suggest good vpns for ios and also vpn for android that work on cellular data most of them work on wifi but i need one that works on both

Purchasing rice: so i have seen Iranian rice is quite expensive, where do iranians buy the rice from? Where can one get rice at a reasonable rate and also in huge quantities like 10-20 kgs

What is the place to get money exchanged at? I used to do it in valiasr but ive seen they give quite less i compare it with the app bonbast, so if anyone knows where can i get the highest rate?
