Well i guess you did. Because last year at May, we started not being able to buy games across regions, let alone using a card issued by a different country to that of the steam store.
I am now interested in finding if my Canadian issued card can be used to buy games in Ukraine.
Oh yeah the card was just for switching region.

Usd will be converted to Ukrainian currency when redeeming it.

Tho when I go to the payment method I don’t see an option to pay with the wallet, is it cuz I have 0 balance there?

I used UrbanVPN a chrome extension, logged in on my account in steam website, added the game to cart, then in the shopping cart you gonna have to change the country to Ukraine and continue payment
