In next month, my unlimited subscription is ending.
I am constantly getting black Friday offers for Duo and Family package, but not for this one which I have/had for last 2 y. What to do ?
Should I buy separately, or even Duo or continue with Unlimited (without discounts)?

Contact support see if they’ll give you a discount. If not you can change to duo if you really want.

Tried that and they wouldnt. So I downgraded to their 2 year VPN package. Oddly enough, a few days later, they offered to upgrade my plan to 1 a year Unlimited package that I used to have for free. So I did that and saved about $30. Crap way of getting a discount but I guess its better than nothing. I would think they would want to do something to help retain happy customers.
Tried that. No discount. Black Friday and promo is only for new users. Or I can use black Friday if I want to upgrade to Duo or Family. Which I don’t want because I am single user.
So it is better to cancel my unlimited and make a new account.
They don’t care as it seems for old users. Only new ones. Which is the shame
