Proton no longer connects me to the United States

My proton simply does not connect to the United States, I try every time but it connects to other free ones except it.

You could try the paid version then, I highly recommended that

It happens on a free tier. You’re not guaranteed a connection to any specific country. If you want to choose a location you need to upgrade.

I’m getting the same problem and I have a paid account. The VPN client sees me as logged in but says ‘free account’ next to my login name. Am waiting for a reply from Proton.

Can you share your ticket number so we can keep track of the request and make sure we’ve assisted you with this to the fullest extent?

Thanks, all sorted now, it runs out my paid mail account only includes the free VPN version. Ticket
