So i live in Poland, and all gambling games in diamond casino are disabled for me, asswell as lucky wheel, and because of that i was wondering is there any other way to win a podium vehicle without lucky wheel avaible in certain countries? Cuz if there isn’t any, im just wondering why the f*ck is rockstar even granting access in these countries to tokens which are used to gamble, and even changes the rewards on lucky wheel in those countries?
You will need to use a VPN with an IP address in a different country, one that allows it. Easy enough to do on PC, but it you want to do it on PlayStation or Xbox will need to do Internet connection sharing through a PC.

I just had to change my profile location (Rockstar Games Social Club) to Germany (it can also be other country which doesn’t ban in-game gambling) and used VPN on my PC.
why would the lucky wheel be disabled? it’s not like anything’s at stake

I live in South Africa, gambling is very legal here. There’s a casino about 10km from my house, people throw dice on the side of the road. Police stop and join in the roadside gambling.
We have online casinos and gambling in South Africa, some of these online casinos even sponsor major TV programs and sporting events.
I have never heard a radio advertisment for Drug or Alcohol counciling, yet the “National Responsible Gambling Program” runs their advertisment like every hour…
…but Rockstar won’t let me spin the GTA Online casino wheel.

True story, my girlfriend is Polish, we had an early dinner at the casino complex a few weeks ago, and then went ice skating afterwards at another mall. It was still over 30°c in the evening so skating was a nice cool down activity

Most good VPNs and routers support Wireguard or OpenVPN so you could just log into your VPN account in your router control panel and have yourself redirected that way.
Gambling laws differ from country to country
Yeah, you could blame politicians… Or you could blame the videogame companies pushing predatory gambling mechanics (lootboxes mostly) for fucking things up for everyone.
By that logic they should block players from entering the entire casino… it costs nothing to spin a wheel, it’s not gambling that requires money.
The GTA isn’t predatory gambling though. It’s not like you are forced to do it to succeed. And the only thing that gives you an advantage is free anyway

I said video game companies that have been pushing shit like lootboxes (ActiBliz for example) have fucked things up for everyone else.
Their actions have lead to laws in countries like Poland that block a wide net of game content. Because of how the laws have to be robust and cover edge cases, they also end up blocking things that aren’t gambling, or monetization, but are loosely connected. Like the Daily Spin.
Although I’m sure given enough time we’ll see season passes and “surprise mechanics” in GTA6 or beyond…
