well as said i used to be in algeria so i torrented alot without consequence but i am moving in 2 days to the us and am not sure if i can torrent on the free edition and does it sell your data or keep logs ? do i need the premium version to torrent ?

“Strict no logs policy”. So no, they won’t sell what they don’t have. Not only because they don’t sell your data, but because there’s nothing to sell.
