Is there a guide posted anywhere on how to do D+ via Turkey? Is it just VPN + Revolut?
I recall reading something about having to set it up via Google Play, so I’m curious if there’s an easier way.
I currently have the $5 Hulu/Disney combo, but that’s only for a year. Once it expires, I’ll be looking for a discounted option since they don’t offer the $3 D+ no ads add-on for Hulu anymore.
You are 100% correct. It makes no sense. My 30 day lock is over and I am enjoying Netflix for 3 something a month for 4K 6 screens I don’t know something insanely cheap. Not worth going through all that imo
Expat living in Egypt here who recently switched from a EU account to an Egyptian one. The payment method has to be registered in Egypt. Debit cards from EU or somewhere else didn’t work.
Can you tell me more about the 30 days region lock? I have to use my subscription with a VPN on the first month and then I’m free to watch it without?
You’ve completely missed my point. My point is changing from Turkey to a cheaper country doesn’t always work, as is very apparent in this sub Reddit, and if someone already has a working Turkey account why risk losing it? For an extra euro a month saving it’s not worth the risk in my opinion.
Essentially yes. For the first 30 days you’d need to use a VPN to be able to watch anything on Netflix. Having said if you live in Egypt maybe you could contact Netflix customer service and ask them to add your non Egypt card. They used to do this in turkey too in the past but recently seem to have clamped down on it, however, if you live in Egypt and can prove it, they’ll likely add the card for you.
