Is There Anyway i can bind my VPN to Utorrent in android?
If This Is Impossible Please Let me know

First, I wouldn’t trust that app as far as I can spit.

Get LibreTorrent | F-Droid - Free and Open Source Android App Repository (or from https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.proninyaroslav.libretorrent ) - open sourced ( Yaroslav Pronin / libretorrent · GitLab ).

Secondly - on droid all traffic is routed through whatever VPN is active. I cannot say if that is the case for iOS/apple as I do not own one.
