Sounds like you’ve connected your personal computer to their EMS. In which case your IP, computername, username and the join date is already in the system. They know you did it. Just come clean and have them remove it from your PC.

You removing the forticlient doesn’t remove your profile from the EMS.

you need to disconnect the FortiClient ZTNA/EMS from within the client. This will then allow you uninstall normally from the Windows 11/10 control panel.
