I just turned my advanced security settings on and activated the built-in xfinity vpn feature on my android phone but it says xfinity disconnected whenever I have the vpn activated on the phone

XFi it’s doesn’t trouble shoot or control how VPN qaulity of connection is. When you connect on VPN you are basically no longer using your internet. You are now relying on the server your connected to which can be an even slower speed than the speed package you pay for. Not all VPNs are created equally. Seeings on that server can affect your connection which again isn’t for Comcast to troubleshoot.
I’m not really sure about that as it’s the only device I’ve tried using it on. I guess I’ll give my wife’s phone a try and get let you know the results
