I like to switch up using VPNs since I pay for TorGuard VPN and I also use Proton’s Services. And on my iPhone I can also use two VPN’s at the same time, so if I’m ever using public WiFi/Cellular Network and looking up or doing something on my iPhone I sometimes use Two VPNs just for extra security. I personally vouch for both VPN services. They are both some of the best in the business as far as privacy and security protocols.
That’s just the order they are in if you look at the list. They aren’t saying those are the best VPNs. If you read the article they tell you which questions they ask the VPN providers. And what they answer.
