There is no official Tor browser for iOS.

To answer your question directly, Onion Browser is (or at least was, can’t find the claim anymore) officially endorsed by The Tor Project.
But, as others have said, that doesn’t mean you should use it. In fact, don’t visit any onion links on a mobile device. Tor is for desktops/laptops.

Just setup a Linux Maschine which you route all traffic trough tor and use vpn to connect

U can use “session” like a whatsapp but w/ tor so its safe but other thwn that i dont think there is one in ios that acts like tor per say
