What VPN do you use and how is your experience with it?

I am looking for a VPN service that is fast, reliable, and secure. I want to access geo-restricted content, protect my privacy, and avoid bandwidth throttling.

I have heard of some popular VPNs like NordVPN, ExpressVPN, and Surfshark, but I am not sure which one is the best for my needs.

What VPN do you use and why? How is the speed, stability, and security of your VPN? Have you encountered any issues or drawbacks with your VPN?

Have been using ExpressVPN for about 5 years now and it’s been perfect. Never had a single issue with it.

I have my own Linux VPS where I have installed OpenVPN. Basically I have my own private VPN. You can also get a cheap NAT based VPS which will cost around $12/year and comes with Linux pre installed.

Then you can simply run the following command to install OpenVPN.

Been using Proton VPN for over a year now. Fast, secure and plenty of servers and regions to choose from. Supports IOS, Android, Windows, Mac and Linux. No complaints so far.

I use psiphon, the BBC recommended using it to access their content when the Ukraine war started, and have been using it ever since. Don’t use it for streaming, just to access US websites which are blocked from outside, and making calls occasionally

I have a free one, it’s a plugin for browsers tho. It’s called VeePN.

I have norton antivirus which comes in-built with VPN. 32$ for 2years.

I’ve used both Nord and Astrill in Qatar and I’ve been happy with them both. Nord is slightly cheaper than Astrill.

You can use Tutbo vpn, it’s free and has reliable servers to US, India, etc

Well as I can see your needs, you’re looking for the overall best VPN (although being the best is subjective).

I’ve used a couple previously (started from the freemium of AtlasVPN, moved to Surfshark and then tried NordVPN) but currently I’m using Nord further on.

I got it from Reddit (redditoffer coupon gave a nice discount back in the day) cause I needed better speeds for streaming. No regrets! Speeds are nice, I do not experience throttling, no lagging too. Seems secure but I always check the connection before starting browsing.

Yes, it may be more experience than Surfshark which I used before but I’d rather pay an additional buck per month and have no worries that I’ll have issues with my VPN:)

So overall, can totally recommend, especially if you’ll manage to find a deal on vpn subreddits like r/vpnreviews or r/vpncoupons (cause I’ve noticed it gives a better discount than just their regular offers on the site).

I’ve been thought hundreds of VPNs, and ExpressVPN is easily the best. It never gets blocked either.

ExpressVPN used to be good, now disconnects a lot and post COVID, my experience with the customer support is horrible.

Windscribe, I got a free 50GB/Mo. It was an offer back in the day when it was new, if your register now it’ll only gove you 15GB/Mo.

It’s as fast and relaible as othe rpopular ones, like NordVPN and ExpressVPN.

My other option is WARP by 1.1.1.1

I am using proton vpn. The issue with it is that you need to register first and login through app.
