What the HE[[ is wrong with the app?! Look

I’ve made more than 5 phone calls and support chats to try to get my M-Perks app to allow me to login again, since many months ago it decided to stop letting me login with the same login credentials I’ve had for years. Tech support always says they will escalate the case but they never do, and I don’t hear from anyone. When I’m in a call with them, they send me a login link via email (because the “forgot password” link NEVER sends me a link), I can immediately login, then I tell them to wait because I won’t be able to again, and I go through the same steps I have for months & get the error message: “Unable to sign in.” I’m so flipping tired of this. And I don’t particularly like Kroger, but their app WORKS! I asked them to simply delete my account so I could start fresh, but they assured me there was no way my >2,000 points would be retrievable. :woman_facepalming:t3:

Have you updated the software on your computer and phone?

There is a widespread Verizon outage right now that could be causing issues for some people

I’m sure you’ve probably tried this but on the off chance you haven’t. My dad was also having this problem. Once we got in we went and manually changed his password from the account settings (not the forgot password link) and he’s been able to log in since.

Having the SAME exact issue. Refuses to work with my VPN and then suddenly even off of it selecting the resetting my password option it doesn’t send an email to EITHER of my emails. I just want some not super expensive sushi GOD

Does it work if you login through your phone browser? If not, you might have a different password, or be typing your email in wrong. Maybe changed it once and forgot, or got a “temporary password” that it was changed to. Is your email correct when they log you in? Check spam for the password reset if so. This isn’t an app problem if it’s occurring for months and happens on both browser and app. Either your email is wrong or your password. Have them log you in, and double check that your email is typed correctly in the app. If it is, reset your password and check spam for the email.

After one of my phone updates I as well as many others had this same problem. I deleted the app & then reinstalled. It worked after that.

If you’ve been at Meijer for a year, you need to change your password

It’s completely unusable now. Doesn’t open or crashes half the time, and trying to go into unclaimed rewards just opens a blank page. Every call I’ve attempted their said Tech or ITS gets answered by a foreign rep who has difficulty trying to help navigate then the call is disconnected… so beyond frustrating

this is really an issue they need to get fixed, not only frustrating, but yea, loosing business as well i am sure, because who wants to go thru this each time…extremely frustrated this morning

Normally that would be relevant, but not in this case. It’s a known widespread issue in the past two weeks, hijacked by Foreign operators who have no clue what’s going on.

I don’t have Verizon, and this has been an issue for several months now.

Well how would I get access to my account settings without being able to sign in?

to the nice computer techs in India, but at this point I’m livid! Especially since it was working fine for YEARS!

I only have 1 email. Yes, it works with the Safari browser or the app, but only initially. The second time I get the error message. I always check spam for the password reset emails. I’ve clicked on that link probably 50 times. NO reset emails

I’ve done that a few times.

It’s FIXED!! It’s FIXED!! I can order groceries!!! The password manager had the wrong email! Y’all were right!
