- Context, I got a game running inside Parallels 18 that supports LAN
- I want to play with my friend from a different region by having both of us on the same LAN
- I tried installing Radmin VPN but it seems that you cannot install it inside a VM
- I want to install Radmin outside in the Mac machine but there is no mac version of Radmin
- Being unfamilar with the mac ecosystem, can you guys suggest something that ll put me and my friend on the same LAN?
I assume it’s a Windows VM? In that case LogMeIn Hamachi. Still know it from my Minecraft days
Get a router with VPN end point support, eg a Draytek
You can try FastVPN
Did you ever get anywhere with this?
I’m running into the same issues on my M2 MBP…
I would as well like to know
TailScale is the best alternative to RadminVPN
works on Window, macOS, Linux, Android, iOS,
managed to connect to a Windows Host and do RDP, access shared files, etc
very good alternative
i did download but it seems extremely complicated, it says 2 people must have the same domain name or something to be on the same network, do you have any ideas how to make it work?
Windows 11 ARM and no hamachi doesnt work either, it has some sorta network adapter error
ele está com limites de usuários… apenas 3
Have your friend also create a Tailscale account and get it on his computer then share your computer with him and you’ll both be able to connect
Sorry for the late reply
OH RIGHT IT’S ARM I always forget about compatibility -__-
can i ask what exactly am i sharing bc i cant find anything that i can share.
there has to be some way of getting 2 people on the same LAN in this type of setup
In your Tailscale admin page you should see your machine with Tailscale on it. You should be able to click the three dots and there should be a sharing settings
No problem. Always happy to help
