Ive been having this issue on firefox and google where youtube will not load, sometimes the red loading bar goes to 80 percent then it says im offline when I still have a connection and if I get a video to load the quality is bumped down to 360 p and it takes forever to load.
Ive also had unresponsive searches, for example, ill google something and try to click on a link but all it will do is sit on the page and spin and not resolve. Some pages I frequent like amazon take forever to load and when it does load the page looks completely broken.
The interesting thing is as soon as I connect a vpn all the issues disappear.
Loading issues do not exist on any other device in my house Ive tried clearing dns, renew ip, clearing cache, incognito/private mode, removing all extensions/addons, removing and reinstalling the browser, updating network drivers, and now Ive completely reinstalled windows and the issue persists.
I would have to assume the last reason is my ISP (verizon) is throttling my connection but I don’t see it happening on any other device and I have a fiber connection with gig speeds without bottleneck so it does not add up.

Edit: Turns out it was a common fios issue where you need to disable ipv6 in the router, works like a charm, special thanks to @ redittuser090720231 for the tip
