Thanks for the questions, everyone! We’ll be on the lookout in the thread, but we have to go back to working on bringing you the best Dashlane experience.
Is the Yubikey feature coming back to the Dashlane extension? I recently bought one specifically for Dashlane but haven’t been able to set it up yet because that feature only seems to have existed on the desktop app.
Adding to the question above, would a Yubikey then also work with an NFC tap on the iPhone app? Thanks!
I just renewed Dashlane yesterday and I really enjoy it. Good job guys! My question is what is in your pipeline for the rest of the year? Any exciting features in the future releases?
Whats to stop dash lane auto filling on a malicious or phishing site, say your password or credit card details. Does dashlane protect a user like my parents in their 70s from making mistakes.
On a similar note, how does dashlane plan to make the Web app extension more understandable and accessible to those with little understanding but most vulnerable, such as my parents. I still feel it’s a niche tool, even my wife who uses computers every day sometimes struggles to use, trust or benefit from the full features.
None of my passwords have been compromised, but my password health score is still low because so many of them are reused. Is it necessary to diversify them if the threat isn’t there?
My bank’s website shows some sort of keypad for entering the password (it’s all numbers). Will Dashlane be able to accommodate this kind of thing one day?
Thanks so much for doing this! Just fully migrated to Dashlane and purchased a business tier for my company and very happy thus far
One major frustration I’m experiencing though is not having the ability to easily see and search from the password drop-down within the login fields on a site. In our line of business, we often have 2-20 different passwords for different clients for the same site. It’s so difficult to skim through by just scrolling to find the password we’re looking for.
And with that, the search within the chrome extension is quite disappointing as it’s an “exact match”. I wish I could search “Brian Google” and have it come up with “Google Login (Brian Doe)” for example, but it totally falls on its head.
Are improvements coming for searching + searching within a site for those with many passwords for the same site?
Keep up the great work! Can’t wait for what’s next!
Facing issues with Auto fill on safari browser for Protonmail login.
For rest of the websites on mac, autofill works but quite slow to get into action, especially on Safari, and see your ratings and user feedback of your extension on Chrome Webstore. I hope you guys see it, it will give you a reality check and make sure that you are not just best in your own presumptions. Ask your customer support team to solve issues of users there too, I assume you do have a customer support team, guys from 1password respond to user issues in chrome webstore itself.
