Prime content is based on the country your account is located in. You can’t access foreign prime with VPN.
Nord works for me. You need to re-sign up for prime with a new account in the new location you are accessing amz from though. I got it to work for Japan.

Use a pc web browser like chrome or firefox and enter the prime video through the countries site you want to use. For example amazon prime video Germany would be the .de site. Apps will probably redirect you back to the country your account is in or maybe the one you paid for? If you want to use apps for like US prime then make a US account and pay in US dollars and use a region changer that works. India has a pretty good selection. some shows might not have english audio or subs. You can also get a free 30 day trial to various countries. like one in Canada, one in US etc…

You should try Torguard’s streaming bundle, its 11$ per month (paid monthly) with code “Netflix”. It will give you 2 dedicated streaming IPs which are used by you and only you, so they are very difficult to block. I have had my UK IP for around 4 months now and it’s worked perfectly. This is correct. While some VPN’s and DNS services like StreamLocator or Torguard work for Prime, you’ll still need an Amazon.co.uk account with an active Prime subscription which requires a UK payment method.

This was true apart from the UK payment method - I’m in Europe, but I managed to create a UK content Prime account with a non-UK payment method and street address. Didn’t even need a VPN, could use Chromecast and everything.
However, due to Brexit as of Jan 2021, this has ceased to work inside the EU as well. All UK content is also now geo-restictred to the UK. A real shame and completely idiotic.
