Is there a way to use CyberGhost VPN (available protocols are Open VPN, Open VPN TCP, Open VPN <= 2.3, Open VPN TCP <= 2.3 and IPsec) on UDM Pro (available protocols are only L2TP Server)?

There is a way but not through the GUI and not supported by Ubiquiti. See the split-vpn script. You can run openvpn on the UDM with that script to choose which clients go through the VPN.
