Is it possible to force a specific device to be on a VPN that is setup in Opnsense. Would it have to be on it’s own VLAN?
Does not need its own VLAN. Just need proper firewall rules.

Can you give some more details? What are you trying to do?
Can you just turn on VPN on said device?
Seperate LANs or VLANs is better tho. That device might get a different IP address, or might have MAC address randomization, you might think you’ve disabled it but it might get re-enabled. Firewall rules that have some dependency or assumption about the client device is not a great way of going about it.
