Connect to the game as normal with vpn.
Once logged on switch back to vpn and disconnect
Wait a few seconds and click start.
You can now play.
Make sure location stays on

No problem seen a few ask and this works every time for me
Is location on and connected to Sweden? Also wifi has to be on can’t play on cell data
Yes , and I disconnect when lobby opens , I have the fastest internet in my area
Disconnect after connecting to the main lobby server, wait a few seconds then try again. It should work but sorry it didn’t for you.
