hey all, does having a vpn bound to the client + having anon mode enable actually double my privacy? i just want some answers that i seek. i’m basically using a vpn alongside qbits anon mode together.
It only hides your client/version from the peers, so instead of seeing “qBittorrent/6.3.5” they’ll see something like “libTorrent/0.13.8”. Pretty useless and unneccessary, and some peers may block you thinking you are a leech.
As far as I know binding vpn is enough.
just bind ur vpn, u dont need to do anything else
