For anyone wanting to try this.
Use the HOLA vpn for chrome.
make a new account while browsing from the US.
i used zip code 75001

it all works well

Even with a VPN the code simply doesn’t redeem for me, is there anyone out there who can please redeem a code for me using my email address? I’d love those Samsung clothes :confused:

Who is eligible to participate in the Summer of Galaxy Owner Rewards?

Had this, used a vpn and typed in a random email with no association with samsung. And it worked

The way I fixed this is I used a USA based temporary email service. Finally accepted that address after making a US based account, using a VPN but typing in my UK based email and alt emails. I think it detects the location of your email address and blocks it? Only thing I got

I went through the Summer Galaxy rewards portal site, which gave me the same message. Samsung chat support told me two “solutions”:

  1. “I request you please try to use a new Samsung account and check if that works.”(WTF?!)
  2. “As the promotion is just started, please allow 2-3 hours and later try to redeem it. Due to this reason that might gives the message says you have already redeemed it.”

So helpful. No items yet and I’m a US user.

Thunder VPN on Android and EmailOnDeck on my Desktop worked for me! I also waited some minutes after creating the Samsung Account before trying to redeem the offer.
