It’s mind-blowing that your average Joe can get access to such a great VPN for free. When I end up going premium, it’s going to be with Proton just because of how magnanimous they are by offering an unlimited quality VPN service for free.
I wish I could shake the hand of everyone that supported making it an option.
Proton do seem to be doing the right thing when it comes to products. Their corporate philosophy is solid. Lets hope it stays that way.
I especially like how it is also a la carte, so one can pick and choose which services they want to go premium on.
i had the cheapest paid version before the upgrade, was happy enough with it
but with this new upgrade i am loyal to proton forever
In December when I paid for Plus plan there were 9 free US servers and now there’s 27. You can handshake my vemno for me after I set it up😎
The free version is what got them my money

Whoa whoa whoa, I agree proton is great but don’t say you’re loyal to a company, especially forever. Companies aren’t loyal to you, and they sometimes change stuff and make it worse.
If it’s anything like what I went through, I had basic email from them and basic VPN service as well. Literally jumped in two days before their big overhaul and got ‘upgraded’ thus I feel like I got an awesome deal.
