Thank you for being honest about what a VPN does.
Is this just already in the browser, or do I need to add it?
Does it only put your browser into vpn mode, or all your computer’s network traffic like a normal vpn…?
One bonus point for not having that military-grade gibberish
When most VPN service tells you your privacy is exposed, but you are already using a VPN and the showing VPN’s data instead of yours. Those dam cheap VPN services. ProtonVPN is decent with servers speed, ease to install, GUI is good and responsive and do not sell cheap privacy test.

Can anyone attest to the quality of the free cloudfare browser extension they are providing? Do they log? Are they trustworthy? Etc.
I use Express VPN, is there good reason to keep using it or is the Firefox VPN looking better in certain ways?
VPNs mean very little for thwarting website tracking and profiling once you enable JavaScript. They will have a fingerprint of your browser and will easily be able to track you.
are there technical details on what the VPN entails, what protocol it uses, etc? https://fpn.firefox.com/ only has a very layman’s description of the service.
I don’t understand why people use public WiFi. Mobile networks are actually faster.
But I thought Vpns didn’t make you hidden. Firefox vpn surely can do that??
Another VPN I really like is Windscribe. I finally got my invite to the Beta for Firefox so I’m going to check it out.
So while it’s a bit sketchy none of it is entirely wrong.
I want to address the first part of this video: “people can’t see usernames and passwords”. That’s true and not. It’s true that HTTPS encrypts your traffic and makes it impossible to read normally, the real concern comes from someone saving the packets and then trying to crack it offline.
https://fpn.firefox.com/ you gotta join the waitlist for $4.99/month, its in beta
with nordvpn i found a hundred bucks on the street, my dog came back to life and my dick grew 15 inches
There are both options available: the browser option is through cloudfare, and the windows 10 system VPN is through Mullvad VPN. The former is free but limited. The latter is $4.99 in beta waitlist.
Number 2 needs a bit more of an explanation. Their ISP can see everyone’s data, not necessarily your data (unless you’re the only person on the planet using the VPN for some reason). To the ISP it looks as if all of the data is coming from the VPN so while they might know that somebody connected to the VPN initiated a connection somewhere they won’t know who that somebody is.
ya its sad that people feed into that garbage
According to the website, Cloudfare " collects a limited amount of data and deletes it permanently after 24 hours "
How true that is, I’m not the man to ask.
