I am not sure how or why but I consistently get email notifications that someone is trying to access my account. It usually happens when I am connected to the VPN.
Most likely your account has been breached on some database and someone is trying the same passwords for your NordVPN account, you can check that on haveibeenpwned.com/. You may want to change your password or even email

I’ve seen nordvpn on torrent sites in the past with everyones emails and Passwords and how many days left on there license I’ve since then bought it but I imagine you’ll still be able to get them now.
