My girl got a message from TikTok saying that it was back up. It is, and it works fine, but Moonton, a subsidiary of ByteDance is still banned. I have so much money and time invested in this game. I hope they can work it out.
Fyi, all the talk has been about bringing back TikTok. No one is talking about bringing back other apps beside TikTok, including MLBB.
As it stands, MLBB will continue to be banned unless Bytedance sold it’s majority stake in Moonton.

Mlbb got banned because of tiktok. While tiktok got its ban revoked.
For anyone that wants to bypass the ridiculous ban in the US for ML. I got Express VPN. Toronto Canada seems to be the fastest connection but that won’t matter once I tell you the hack. Open ML with the VPN set to Toronto. Once the game is on, keep the mobile legends tab open. Disconnect the VPN. Go back to mobile legends. It will take about 30 seconds to reconnect. As long as the game stays open without swiping off, you now have a fast connection to your US based wifi. With the VPN on I was getting about 55-90 ping. Once I turned my VPN off, I went back to my personal wifi ping of about 35-45. Just trying to help all the players out there that got screwed with this absurd ban. By the way the reason this hack works is because the IP address is only blocked on log in. Once you pass that the IP address is not checked again.

A solution for this are using a VPN. If you have an IPhone make a new apple account and change the country to a different one where MLBB is avaliable (because if you live in the US your account is connected to US app store and you won’t be able to update the game).
Most likely take time or just got banned forever. Recently they take a lot action toward any stuff coming from china. Even genshin just got fine like 20M and they basically not fighting the case at all lul they just sure and paid the 20M. Maybe ML team need to make an appeal or something.

If I’m correct, I think MLBB needs to sell it’s shares to America in order to become playable again. Something along those lines maybe.

The ban has not been lifted as the TikTok app is still not in the appstore.
What most people are getting confused us that the app itself has stopped keeping people from the US from using it.
No new changes have been made to the ban itself trump just said hey tiktok you can let us people in ive got your back when I step into office. While he also said he would work with them to sort this out then there’s no way to know what will happen as like I said the new bill is still in effect and reversing that won’t be as easy as it would to just get tiktok to be sold to the US.
But this wouldn’t help ml as it’s only connection to tiktok is its parent company, which is the issue mlbb would need to be sold as well.
So how do we get our game back. Simple moonton will also need to be sold to the US or work out an agreement with the US.
How long will it take. This is hard to say tiktok has the advantage of being Massive and used by most of the general public it is beneficial for Trump to get the app back ASAP to make himself look good. Ml isn’t big enough in the US to warrant the same response. Moonton will have to work with their parent company aswell as the US to come to an agreement and that will take time and it just might not happen.
The ban on tiktok is not directly targeting just tiktok it is a bill that covers all foreign apps as a whole and whether the US chooses to ban an app with this bill is completely up to them as long as they can say it’s a security risk TikTok is only one of the apps this bill has targeted so far ml also being one just because one has found a way out doesn’t me the other gets the same treatment while they share the same parent company they are still 2 separately ran companies that will need to find their on way around this.
Now I don’t claim to know every part of this new bill and some stuff I have listed could be wrong and if I am I will correct it according. But I do know that tiktok and Ml are separate in this even if one gets out of this the other isn’t immediately going to follow

Sounds like a grounds for a lawsuit to me. You can’t lift the ban for one company and not any others and not expect any type of retaliation from the others like Moonton or Nevu and this would be an easy lawsuit for them to win to.
