Hi does anyone know if it’s possible to download the hbo app on a Samsung tv if you are running a vpn via your router?
I’ve set it up but the app isn’t showing so I’m assuming it’s not possible which is disappointing.
Hi thanks for reply. Which Samsung do you have? I have a q9 so fairly newish and which country? I can’t see it when I activate the vpn. I’m wondering if I have do a refresh install of the tv 
Yes my issue is different I live in a different country so I can’t download the app. The app doesn’t show up off my vpn or on. I have it on my phone but I had to use an American address and change regions to do that. Then use my vpn to access it. I have a feeling I would need to reset my tv to factory setting and choose America for my region to download hbo on my tv. Kinda annoying
