Hey so I’m trying to figure out my option on adding a vpn to my stremeo using a lg 2021 and renting.

You don’t, you pay for Debrid.
What’s the link between renting and VPN? You just install the VPN on your Android TV or box. If you mean the TV is also included in the renting, is not yours, and you cannot install anything, buy an Android box, do your installation there. But I assume if you already have access to stremio, that’s not the case. Just don’t understand.

Ok. If you want to be extra safe I’m not sure about your TV but you can install a VPN quite easily on any Google TV or fire stick…
If you have RD, why are you interested in a VPN?
If you have debrid, watch debrid content and enjoy yourself

Btw. You also do not talk about which addon you use, and of you use a Debrid service.
Simple get the raw files then and start your own. Plex library then stream to your TV or just make of your devices. A hostpot then set up the VPN and connect your TV to that
