PSA: Problems with the web store gift calendar

Just wanted to let everyone know that Pixonic has been made aware of the problems with the gift calendar located in the web store.

Although a solution hasn’t been provided yet, I would suggest that everyone sit tight and wait for them to figure it out.

My two accounts, one associated with the steam account and the other with the Mygames account, are working well so far, it is delivering the prizes correctly according to the date of the day at 5:00 p.m. in the afternoon.

NOTICE: I think the error is due to the fact that there are players using VPNs, either applications such as the VPNs that some browsers have, and that is possibly the error.

“I mention this because on December 2nd I forgot to deactivate the VPN that I use since in my country Venezuela we must use it due to the blockage we have on some internet sites and I noticed that the store site became very slow and did not respond well so I closed the browser and deactivated the VPN and entered again and entered normally.”

Browsers Used: Microsoft Edge and Mozilla Firefox

Good, I was about to go to customer support about this. I missed them all except for the first one because of it

I actually made a report and began talking to a service representative but since last night it looks like all my reports, both open and closed, are now wiped.

please can you tell me what was the problem ?

Same! Collected Day 1 prizes four days ago and it doesn’t move! Logged in every day too!

I tested a lot in reporting the issue. VPN is unrelated.

It’s not local data either.

In any event they are actively working on how to roll out a fix and hopefully we will get some idea of if/how we can catch up.

I would still make a report with customer support just in case.

I believe some players’ calendars weren’t advancing and they couldn’t claim their prize.

Unfortunately no. Still waiting on an official response.
