I just wanna know how you guys are doing. Maybe you found a different method? Did you go back to the unmodded version? Did you finally bought premium instead of relying on a modded app? Tell me.
If you’re asking if I have a working version, I don’t.
I always keep backups for anything shady that I use lol… my spotify still works, but I also have YTM Revanced installed as well as Refreezer (ad-free deezer client). I occasionally copy my playlists between them so if I ever need to switch it is pretty painless.

Tried yt music revanced, but was getting annoyed with it grabbing clips sometimes instead of just audio. I’m now using the free 3 months of Spotify premium and hoping that we get something working by the end of it.
If not I might cave in and get premium either with friends/family or services where you pair with people to share streaming subscriptions.
my temporary solution is playing spotify web player on brave browser to prevent ads. to skip a song, i either use the notification panel or just skip using my wireless earphones control. brave browser can play vids and audios in the background. downside is i can’t go back to the previous song, it can only play the next song.
i’d like to try yt revanced like everyone else but i can’t survive without my spotify playlists that i had heavily curated for years ;(
Using YT music revanced but JESUS CHRIST the app sucks donkey dick, need them to release an update asap.
There’s spotube that works really well or there are hacked/modified Spotify apks out there that do work, just depends if you trust them
I use spotify web on android browser.
Youll need Kiwi Browser from play store.
Then install ublock origin extension inside it on chrome web store, and violentmonkey extension too.
Then search on google on that browser: kiwispotify greasyfork. install it.
Then you can use spotify web on kiwi browser (on the desktop mode/visual) with no ads.
Anyone know why i get problems that no one ever in history of xmanager has gotten? Like i cant log into my account because the app wont let me, “something went wrong” message opens up. Does ANYONE know how yo fix that
Using official Spotify with ads :), I tried yt music revanced but it has slow loading. And as I use the underground metro a lot for commuting, Spotify preloads the entire playlist so I can listen to songs even when 5G disconnects between stations.
I use the ModYolo apk. Mine works fine. The only thing I have to do is sub to the podcast & click listen on the “what’s new” page or listen via a playlist
I did switch to an older version of Spotify mod (Version : 8.8.96.364). I hope it works properly and for a long time.
Honestly speaking, I just got tired of all this on and off, trying different spotify mods , so I have altogether shifted to a different open source app. It is called as Vitune .It is similar in design and UI to Vimusic app. Vimusic stopped working few weeks ago suddenly for some reason idk. So far i am liking this Vitune app coz it has all those features required for seamless music playback.

I’m a bit late but i switched to downloading music again only using “flacs” instead of “mp3s” and sounds WAY better than spotify at least for my headphones. I suggest using Musicolet or Black Player as your music player and there’s also a way to automatically download flacs based off of your spotify playlist here
The normal Spotify Version doesnt Work for me but an Spotify lite Mod from half an year ago works for me
