Nordpass extension for firefox still not available

Hi.

It’s been weeks without update and the nordpass extension for firefox still not available.

Will it be repaired and available soon? Should I cancel my subscription and ask for a refund?

It’s a critical part of tha manager for me and many user. Not having any updates for weeks show us that Nordpass teams don’t take this seriously…

Please fix this.

Hey! We’re still in the midst of the extension resubmission process and it’s taking longer than we expected. Our Firerox extension should be back on track soon, but we can’t offer a specific ETA at this point as we are dependent on Mozilla’s processes. We’re truly sorry about this issue and we appreciate your patience. It’s far from a pleasant situation for us too. Hopefully, in the meantime, we can make up for this with extra 3 months of NordPass subscription. Thinking about switching as well this is not acceptable

I chose to leave NordPass, at least for now, I really like the app and all its features, I had even gotten used to having to use the desktop app and copy all the credentials, but as it’s the first password manager I’ve used seriously, I’m going to take the opportunity to test others. In general, I have nothing to complain about, but this Firefox issue is really annoying.

I have posted last week a work around to get your nordpass add on back. I am not going back to BitWarden because of this. I posted a link in the other thread with the add on file to import into your Firefox and get it working again.

It taken way to long, I’m also quite depended on the workflow.

Thing is that I run Linux, here the desktop applications is bassicly non functional as it refuses to log in or even start most of the time.
So the only option I have is using the web interface which is a unpleasant but somewhat acceptable experience.

In any way I’ve made the choice to move to another password manager as I need my old workflow back and don’t want to switch browser becomes of “issues with Mozilla”.

I don’t think it’s NordPass issue as such, it’s probably related with Firefox app review processes.

I have been waiting for an update also.

Ich habe gestern NordPass Passwortmanager installiert, da seit dem letzten Firefox Update die KeePass Erweiterung nicht mehr funktioniert. Nun stelle ich fest, dass die NordPass Firefox Erweiterung, welche ich über die App angeboten bekommen und installiert habe nicht funktioniert. Wenn ich auf das Icon in der Toolbar klicke kommt nur eine leere Seite in der ein ewiger Ladevorgang angezeigt wird aber nichts passiert.
In KeePass hatte ich wenigstens die AutoType Funktion, welche ich in NordPass vermisse.
Schade… hätte mich das Tool überzeugt wäre ich sogar bereit gewesen die Premium Version zu kaufen. Bin echt enttäuscht und werde weitersuchen müssen

Gestern installiert und die Firefox Erweiterung funktioniert absolut nicht… nichts passiert.

Just came here looking for this, from what it seems they haven’t even responded. I would say peace out Nordpass but nah FUuuuuuuuck you nordpass im out.

Yeah, I just registered, and not only is there no Firefox extension, the pricing was manipulative. You advertise a price per user, per month, but fail (intentionally?) to inform that you must purchase at least 5 user accounts to activate an account. I’m very disappointed with my first experience with Nordpass, having believed they were a trustworthy, industry leader.

Edit: Ok I see now that there is subtext on your pricing list “From 10 users”, “From 5 users”, etc. I guess I’m going to just cancel then, I thought Nordpass was a good solution for a single user.

It’s been weeks, can we please get an offline installer of the extension please? IE “Install Extension from file”?

I claimed my 3 month extra just using the support chat and that worked, they were very helpful.

Not a bad idea, Chromium based browsers are more secure. Or Safari if you on Mac also a good choice

Bitwarden is looking really tantalizing right now, and not just that $10/yr price point.

And about all their firefox user clients indeed it seems.
