No website will load with VPN?

Like the title says.

I enable VPN(goes blue) then try to go to Instagram or any other site, and the VPN turns yellow and the website never loads?

Regular Opera Version:99.0.4788.65 Windows 10

The VPN is working fine for me at the moment. Try updating to 99.0.4788.77.
