Netflix Problem on Ps5

Hello, I have a problem with Netflix on the Playstation 5. I’ll start from the beginning. A few days ago I used a VPN service on the PC to watch Netflix in other countries. I connected to servers in the USA, England, Japan and also one in Russia, then normally disconnected the VPN connection. I then restarted Netflix without a VPN and it worked on the PC and loaded correctly. But today when I wanted to watch on the Playstation 5 I got a message saying that I have a VPN or proxy server active. Even though I don’t have any of these active.

Does anyone have an idea or solution?

According to what I’ve read regarding Netflix detecting the use of a VPN, and if you’re sure you’re not using a VPN at that moment, the best solution is to contact Netflix support, and they will resolve the issue.
