Are you running a VPN? That’s probably why.

Try the obvious first:
Do a scan on anti-virus, i recommend Malwarebytes.
Reinstall Roblox.
Update graphic drivers.
Disable any programs that might see Roblox client as a virus and be able to stop the client, such as anti-virus.
Try updating the chipset drivers.

You might just need to re install the roblox software I had a similar situation a few months ago

Is your anti virus blocking it at all, if that’s not it you might have to go into the Roblox folder and delete everything and try a fresh install.

Also looks like you already have a roblox tab open in the task bar you could try to ctrl shift escape find roblox right click and click end task then try to click play on the site again

Roblox not opening?

There is a specific file hidng in your Roblox folder that is preventing it from running.

All you have to do is find this “specific” file called XInput1_4.dll and PERMANETLY delete it. Your Roblox should open normally.

Can’t find the roblox file?

Just go to your search bar and search for Roblox > Right click it > Click open file location (It should open File manager and you should see Roblox Player and Roblox Studio) > Right click Roblox Player again > Click open file location again (You should be where the main files are) > Find the file named XInput1_4.dll and delete it.

This should fix your issue.

Try to open your Roblox client by desktop, not browser. You may get this issue because of the latest client updates.

Random take, doubt it’ll work. But sometimes the game opens as a new window. Have you looked behind the main Roblox window?

I had the same problem. Turned off all system tray apps i didn’t need and it worked. (riot vanguard, msi afterburner, VPNs, gaijin, epic games, etc…)

What do you mean by chipset drivers?

Also try opening it on a different browser, im having big issues with Roblox on Opera GX lately.
And it might be an issue with Windows 11. I installed it and had problems in many games. Upgraded to Windows 10 in just a few days.

Or go to %appdata%, go to local, go to Roblox, go to versions, then click on versions again then delete the specific file
