This is the model of the TV 43" Class QLED 4K Q60C | Samsung US or one very similar.
I tried looking for Mullvad in the App section but nothing showed up.
I’ve seen this post from a couple of years ago and there was no solution.

There isnt any , and there’s no way you can build a VPN app and install it since there is no such capability in smart tv’s. Better make your laptop hotspot and pass all the traffic via the vpn tunnel or do it router based or by using a device that can run hotspot 24/7
This is not exactly an an answer so I apologize. I’m not an expert by any means so take this with a grain of salt. Smart TV’s are extremely privacy unfriendly and tend to skim tons of data. If you do not care and only want the vpn for regional lock then continue. But if you are doing for isp privacy it seems a little silly connecting to a smart tv.
To answer your question, imo. Your best options would be to set up a wire guard profile on your router so all your network connection go through that thus your TV does as well. Or create a media platform with a PI or pc and established the connection that way. Both do which have lots of documentation online.
