Mullvad vpn ( Android) Has the app been removed from play store ?
I get it from the F-Droid app store.
Corporations and politicians do everything to kill humans privacy while ruining privacy for them selfs too lol
Google has taken it down. Wonder why.
Just double checked and it’s not up for me either on US play store

Best thing to do which is also the safest one, is to get a dumb raspberry pi ( they’re cheap ) and install Mullvad by using Wireguard. There is a bonus of privacy that I recommend to add on it is pi-hole with unbound, and filter every known tracking ip.

I’ve always downloaded it right from mullvad.net… Do not trust google.
Europe (Not Germany): I have it. It seems like it’s only available if you have a European payment profile in your Google Account.
I only pointed out that I am not from Germany because other german redditors already confirmed that everything is fine on their end.
On top of the android app being possibly removed from the playstore, has anyone noticed the “Always On/killswitch” option has been removed from Android?
What happened?
From Australia, I’m also getting the message “Looking for Mullvad VPN? This app isn’t available” on Google Store.
And for those suggesting F-Droid, the app is a year out of date there, just download the apk from Mullvad’s main website instead.
Possible a glitch. Cannot find it on Canadian Google store either. Mullvad website still pointing to Google store (along with FDroid and download the apk).
I went to grab it this week and couldn’t find it either
Now that’s weird i just tried and it is giving me the app is not available. What has happened? Also im a beta tester.
Good thing it’s still installed on my phone.
