Mullvad disconnecting ALL THE TIME

It doesn’t say it disconnects, but websites act like it.

It’s super slow, torrenting is a nightmare.

I constantly get “connection interrupted”.

I’ve changed servers, OpenVPN to WireGuard, nothing changes. I literally have 500/500, and get 200kbps download. Any solutions?

  1. power cycle your modem.

  2. power cycle your router

  3. check for mullvad updates

  4. Uninstall + reinstall

how are you connecting to mullvad?

Try a VPN that supports port forwarding. Once you set up PF, torrent speeds will massively improve. Air, Windscribe, and Proton have support for port forwarding.

this happens on all networks im connected to.

no updates, have reinstalled.

Download speeds reduced by 250x, no matter what.

Have you tried the basics yet, release/renew ip config netsh reboot ect?

I have not, I’m also on macOS.
