Moved over from ZenMate weeks ago and still can't get it to work

Has there been a workaround or a fix yet?, Like a few others on here I’m a ZenMate refugee with 438 days left on my account and no way of using it as the Cyberghost login will not accept my login details, nor my cleverbridge reference number etc. I can make a brand new Cyberghost account, but I won’t get my 438 days back, will I?.

Hey u/SCPH1000, you should actually be able to log in with your old credentials on any CyberGhost app or the account page and automatically have full access to the product for your remaining premium time (438 in this case).

You can share your username or email used to sign up and I can try and dig more into it.
