Pretty simple… to my knowledge, nothing on our network has changed. All of the sudden, I cannot connect to the VPN:
A connection to the remote computer cannot be established. You might need to change the network settings for this network.
Love the generic messages! Event log is similar, nothing of use.
The event log shows connections to the VPN as late as 4:30pm EST last night. I attempted to connect around 9pm EST and it failed. I had one other user this morning say that she failed as well.
I am Windows 11. The other user is Windows 10. Does anyone know if anything changed recently or how to resolve this? AnyConnect is not an option at this point.

EDIT: All of your solutions are excellent. In this particular case, deleting the WAN Mini Ports (all of them) from Device Management did the trick. I know the other solutions have worked in the past as well, this time though, it was the WAN Mini Ports.

I had this problem several times in the last few months, almost always after a windows update.
usually I check the usual suspect parameters on the wan miniport created when you have a vpn connection : pap not chap, demand encryption, etc.
Sometimes I even have to add the reg key in regedit to enforce udp negociation, on computers that didn’t need it before.
RasClient events in application log on windows can help you pinpointing the problem.

When we used the Windows client we had this sometimes. I could usually resolve by deleting the vpn connection and recreating it. Sometimes a Windows update would cause problems too. Wish I had more to help with.
Tengo un problema, tengo 2 merakiMX67 el cual utilizando como vpn Peer to peer, para poder conectar las 2 oficinas, y funciona perfectamente, pero ahora que quiero poder agregar la opcion de vpn client, configure como deberia ser, una Subnet que no se este usando en el momento, use los dns de google, autentificacion por la nube de meraki, di de alta 1 correo, y intento ingresar desde windows 11 pero no me permite acceder, saben si dentro de las configuracion de la subnet de meraki ocupa algo adicional?
