Ye, kind of in the question. Trying to watch LiSa’s MV playlist (are these all her songs?) but about 60% is blocked, tried to vpn from Japan but that doesn’t seem to work, are these videos just generally blocked?
Try this procedure:

Close the browser.
Fire up the VPN to Japan.
Restart the browser.
Now try to view the video.
