For me, the only reason I had ESET installed in my other client’s devices were due to a collab that we had with Microsoft. It was a security event and ESET happened to be the primary security affiliate at that point in time. My top 3 ever since has always been: Kaspersky, Bitdefender and ESET.
Or Sophos. However, Sophos is quite heavy on resource. I have seen the processes running quite similar to Bitdefender’s background modules. At the end of the day… your choice.
