Just got a firestick, i have no idea what apps i can put on it that allow me to watch free content, any help would be appreciated.
I’ve been setting up streaming devices for 10 years and I’ve never paid for anything. I have some suggestions for you.
FIRST, Start with the first app below:
DOWNLOADER - Ask Alexa for Downloader or type it in. You will use that app to download 3rd party apps that will cost you nothing to watch anything. Type the code of an app in Downloader & it will download and/or take you to where you can download an app. Google apps and find what you want to try and Google the code. Apps Amazon doesn’t want you to know about. They want you to pay for their movies and shows. Screw Amazon, it’s your device, you paid for it so do what you want to do with it & it won’t cost you anything.
1 PIX-MEDIA - Downloader Code 261193. Get all your Premium channels. Any sports. Add the Wuffy player - Downloader Code - 250931 and get 100’s more channels.
HDO BOX - Downloader Code 795281 Any movie or TV show. All your streaming services. Popular media companies movies and shows.
LIVE NET TV - Downloader Code 86975 - Live channels choice of different genres.
SMART TUBE - 250931 ← Downloader Code YouTube without the ads.
Personally, I stay away from any apps that have ads. None of the above apps do. You’ll find some popular ones that includes ads. I left cable bc of ever-increasing charges & I don’t like commercials so I won’t touch an app that has commercials. It’s really your choice, ads or not, it’s up to you.
A couple of suggestions, don’t pay for IPTV. There’s no need to. You may hear something about KODI. KODI Is a resource hog, takes up unnecessary storage & data & is prone to buffering.
I suggest you stay away from it.
You get about every channel including premium channels with a couple of the apps I suggest.
These will get you pretty much anything. As you go along you can choose to add other apps. A Fire Stick is a decent streaming device it’s only that it doesn’t have a lot of storage. 5 gigs. 4.8 gigs with what Amazon puts on it before you get it. That’s not much but enough to enjoy. Maybe at some point after you’ve taught yourself & asked questions about it & had a lot of enjoyment and experience you might want to consider the Nvidia Shield Pro. That’s what I use and I love it! Once you use a Nvidia Shield Pro you won’t be satisfied with any other streaming device.
It comes with a very fast Tegra+ processor. 3 gigs of RAM and 16 gigs storage. I have about 35 apps on mine and still have 6.7 gigs left. Above all have fun with your Fire Stick.

Honestly, none of the apps work nearly as easily as simply using the silk browser to access websites like bflix.gg, braflix.ru and lookmovie2.to
All the same content that you would find on the apps, but seems that they upload it to these sites or the sources they pull from a bit faster. To boot ive yet to use any app that I downloaded through Downloader that worked very well consistently. Besides the silk browser comes preloaded, the above websites are just a couple to name a few and they are easy to bookmark for ease of use. Essentially you get the power of many free content apps just by using the one, and you don’t have to download additional apps to get started or new apps when one gets shutdown or stops working. There are small hinks like ads and popups on both free movie apps as well as the websites cuz silk browser, but I have found that there are websites with no ad windows, and silk manages the popups well by simply “asking” if you want to navigate away, which is easy to click through.
Enable developer mode (settings my fire TV about click 7 times) get the “downloader” app. Then you can install third party apps.
On demand movies and series: beetv - type 82614 into downloader.
Live channels and sports:
I’f you can follow looping steps and guides try kodi and add-ons like the crew. This can get free sports but I have used it once for the world cup and that’s it.
Generally for live sports people who aren’t tech savvy and can’t keep up to date with free sources constantly go down the paid for IPTV route. Bit of a can of worms finding a provider and not getting scammed but try a few trials of 1 month max packages before going all in and trusting a provider for the season.
Two ways you can go.
The first is going through the process of jailbreaking your firestick and finding sources for on demand TV and live channels & sports through kodi/the crew and other add-ons.
The other is just getting a good IPTV service. I used to jailbreak but it was a PITA to constantly look for free sources and also the buffering.

Ive tried all the suggestions in this thread. None of them were really great except livetvnet. 1pix had gaming ads had to wait 30+ sec and Nothing would play. Had wuffy as well.

I’m assuming a VPN is needed no matter what device I use?

I just bought a fire stick 9/21/2024 I follow allowed all the steps to add rockyrockrocku’s codes and it keeps saying it will not allow unrecognized apps to download load what do I do?
