I have been using adguard to block adds but their vpn just got updated and I cant connect to premium servers. Any advise?
It’s not mandatory to update Adguard VPN, are you seening ads ? I’ve been using 2020 version (idk which one) and there are no ads till date. Maybe the premium server removes some additional ads but afaik you don’t really need an update since there is a list of domains that are blocked by adguard and in each update that list is updated.
Use NextDNS!
(Not the app) , create an account on it, and then add the dns link to settings-private dns.
Works like a charm, doesn’t take extra resources/battery.
I know a big point for a lot of people on this subreddit is not paying but you can buy AdGuard lifetime licenses pretty cheaply out there. I got a code for 3 devices for lifetime for $20 USD and it’s worked perfectly.
I’ve been using UFO VPN occasionally for the past two months and it seem pretty good but i don’t know if it is better than your app

Adguard is an sdblocker not a VPN.
If you don’t need the location change then Blokada will block all your ads.

There no limetime licenses for Adguard VPN. Adguard the content blocker is different from Adguard VPN

You can get the modded one on mobilism. They are everywhere there.
