You shouldn’t need to buy a VPN to access that website. I would just use a different browser if you’re able to access it that way you should be fine. Whatever browser you’re trying to use there maybe clear the cookies on it and then try to go to the website again.

Just because a site’s https cert expired doesn’t inherently mean the site is infected or malware ridden or whatever. A VPN isn’t going to change the lack of the site’s use of HTTPS either.

Well I was trying to access this website and it said connection was not secured

I did try clearing the cookies on it, but it still wouldn’t work; it’s pretty weird

What browser are you using to try to access it? I was able to access it just fine from a phone so I’m guessing you’re on a PC by the looks of it.

I try accessing the website on Google Chrome and Microsoft edge, I can definitely access the website just fine
