When i try to open twitter its always saying something went wrong but turning off the vpn fixes it. This only happening on twitter. I also tried with 4-5 different servers and countries any help?
You probably have the dns filter for Social media enabled which I find often breaks twitter.
I set a proxy using Firefox and don’t have issues.
I just went to X (Twitter) and it opened fast without any issues.
No issues here either, try a different browser.
In the browser that’s causing the issue, clear all Twitter-related content and cookies from its cache. Means you’ll need to log in again, but that fixed my issues with X.
I don’t think so, if it was, it wouldn’t work in any other browser
This solution did work for me. Using FireFox with MVD’s DNS social media filter active causes block of X. Turning off the Social Media filter then allowed X to log-in. I cannot speak to other browsers as I only use FFx.
Thank you, i was so pissed that i couldn’t use twitter for the past two days on my phone, disabling dns content blockers for social media worked for me.

Could be session storage bugging out. if you’re on PC and use a Chromium browser (Edge, Brave etc) you can try clearing session storage for twitter.
Go to twitter.com, open devtools (F12), look for the Application tab on top strip (may need to scroll right with >> icon), go to the Application tab, on the left column click Storage and then “clear site data” on the right. Would look something like this: https://i.imgur.com/2mtP6RZ.jpg
Reload the page and try logging in again.
Yeah i was using edge didn’t work. I fixed with mullvad browser but i’ll try this
