I can’t login on the iOS app nor does their website for customer support work via the browser

I bought NordVPN. I’m able to use it on my MacBook however the iOS app gets stuck in buffering mode when I hit login. I can’t login no matter how many times I redownloaded the app. What’s the solution?

I also realized their website does not load when every other website loads so I couldn’t access customer support page nor information. Unfortunately I subscribed for a full year so I’d like for it to work so I’m not paying for a service that’s unusable. Thanks!

Sounds like you are in a VPN restricted location or using a VPN restricted network? You can use their alternative domains to access the website - nord-help.net, or just contact them via email - [email protected]. To login you can try setting up 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1 DNS addresses in your settings, that usually helps

I’m using the same location and network as my MacBook. I tried the DNS servers recommended on their website and it still does not work.

Did you ever figure this one out? My iPhone works but my ipad won’t login. Frustrating! Awaiting response from their customer service.

Nope. Zero response from customer service
